"too much smoke in the rooms, room no0t completely clean. not enough towels, or coffee. no shampoo, conditioner, lotion...for the price we paid should have that. a/c did work great.."

"I made a reservation for a suite. It was not. It used to be two rooms with the adjoining door removed. Maybe that is a suite to someone but it sure isn't to me. One of the benefits of a suite is that I can shut the door between the rooms to have some privacy. But no one can get to the other room with me knowing about it. The phone had '0' marked as how to call the desk. When I pressed it, nothing happened; but since what I really had was two rooms I used the other phone (which had a different room number on it). The 'other' room with the hid-a-bed couch instead of a bed did not have pillows. I had to make the bed myself. I do not mean that I had to convert the couch to a bed, but after I opened it, I had to put the sheets and blanket on it myself. This was a first for me. I called to the front desk for pillows. Three pillows. He said they'd be right up. After quite a while (more than 10 minutes but less than 30 minutes) someone showed up with 2 pillows and told me that was all they had. I agree that the store room might only have had two pillows left; but I doubt it. BUT if there was just ONE room that had not been rented, the other requested pillow could have been provided. The continental breakfast had muffins, bread, cereal, and orange juice, but no milk. So we went to Perkins for breakfast. I do not know if I will ever stay in another "quality" inn."

This Quality Inn is located approximately 16 miles from Harrisburg International Airport and 45 miles from Hershey Chocolate Town. It's also about a half-hour from Lancaster (Dutch Country) and Dutch Wonderland, as well as Gettysburg.
